French Empire Gilt Bronze Clock Roman Soldier Sword Spear War Battle Helmet axe - $3,095 - (Millville, MA)

Another very hard to find French Gilt Bronze Empire Clock depicting trophies of war. At the top of the fluted column is a detailed Roman Soldiers, you can see two swords well crafted with lion heads on the handle, 4 spears, a huge axe below the helmet. The dial is a large Roman shield , drapes on either side of the dial. This is a man's clock, perfect for your office. Good luck finding another one of these. 18.25 inches tall 10.5 inches wideThe clock is missing one hand, and as you can see the dial has many hairlines, I have not tried to clean the dial but alot of the dirt could be removed from the cracks. The Helmet is loose on the top and one sword has a soder repair in the middle. Clock is not running.
