They all come in sealed packages with the magazine with ample instructions. This lot is for the first 28 issues. You can call Eaglemoss and start with issue 29 so you will not have to duplicate issues (They may require you to buy issue 1 and 2, maybe just issue one, but it is at an introductory price.Issues 24,25,26 are in German however the pictures are more than enough to build, especially after you have done 23.If you want to see the model being put together go to Yourtube ttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FoAYx-IM4hY&t=13s just put in the issue number and Wayne gives excellent instructions for each issue of the build. This, once completed has lots of lights all over. All the issues I am selling are brand new in sealed packages. I will include the "Out of Time License Plate which has a dent on the side. I must issue a disclaimer. I cannot replace anything that is missing and you will have to go through Eaglemoss. I have looked at each issue and see nothing missing. They also have great customer service for any problems. I do not know if they can replace anything not bought through them, but these items are on ebay. I am not a dealer and have little stock which I am selling the rest of.If you have any questions please ask. I have built through issue 90. However, Wayne is an expert.
