Whether you’re training for a race, looking to become more flexible, or rehabbing an injury, yoga is a great complement to your training program. Open to all levels, the practice will enhance the mind-body connection, an important component of running. Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, 1 will be provided for you at the NYRR RUNCENTER. Please arrive ten minutes early to allow time for setup so the class can start on schedule. 4/1 class will be led by Margaret Schwarz 4/8 class will be taught by Rebecca Berger 4/15 class will be taught by Margaret Schwarz 4/22 class will be taught by Jennifer Harper
