This is a pair of unisex blue plaid cotton flannel pajama pants. "BLUE LAKE" is down the front of the left leg. They are size Youth M 10-12. 100% cotton. Elastic waist with drawstring. Approximate measurements taken with pants laying flat and unstretched: Inseam: Approximately 22" Waist: Approximately 10" (elastic waist) We purchased these brand new from the Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp store a couple years ago. My daughter wore them a few times and they are in excellent pre-worn condition. No holes, rips, or fading.
