VINTAGE TABLE RUNNER DRESSER SCARF FLOWERS CREWEL EMBROIDERY CROCHET EDGING - $60 - (Wakefield, MA)
Gorgeous vintage table runner or bureau dresser scarf. There are hand sewn crewel flowers in pink and blue with crewel border linear stitches of green, pink and blue. The flowers have yellow french knots. Color is an off white, not a bright white. The edging is crochet which is made to resemble lace but is crochet. Condition is very nice and clean showing only slight use. I see no holes, no stains and no repairs. I would say this was gently used and perhaps washed once ( no fading of colors ). This needs to be pressed ironed. Approximate size is approximately 46.5 inches by 15 inches which includes gorgeous crochet edging. I store my linens in a clean plastic bin with potpourri in a "bag", so there may be a slight faint pleasant potpourri scent. Our home is non smoking. Please write any questions. Thank you.
