The gold frame/plaque is made of heavy resin material that looks almost like wood. In very good vintage condition. Has a hook for hanging.Frame outer measurements are: 7 5/8" H x 7" WInside measurement of black velvet is 5" H x 4 l/4" WThe inner Cameo is 2 l/2" x 2" and is signed by FragonardBy B & S Creations, New York.
