12" Effanbee Beachtime Basic Patsy Molded Doll. PA0401. She has never been removed from the original box. She is in her original box with paperwork still sealed and attached to inside of box and metal charm in sealed bag. She feels like she is made of vinyl? The Effanbee heart hang tag has some areas where there was rubbing (see photo # 9) . A light mark inside the box (see photo #10 ) Some tarnishing to the charm which you will be able to clean, (photo #8 ). A light mark to left sandal (photo #10) I checked the arms and there appears to be some looseness. When the arms are raised up, they do not hold a position but come back down. There is a tear in the tissue paper (photo #11) . Any questions please feel free to ask.
