A Martini Pitcher with gold decoration featuring the iconic Josephine Baker in a dance pose. Gold decoration on a white background. Applied glass handle. Measures approximately 9” Tall x 5” wide. In excellent condition. Josephine Baker was born in St. Louis in 1906. She was an entertainer and dancer and found fame in France. She starred in the Follies-Bergere Theater. One of her iconic dances featured a costume of sixteen Banana Leaves. She worked for the French Resistance and received the Legion of Honor. I have listed matching tumblers.
