The game use on this rare helmet is spectacular, everyone knows equipment managers sew team repairs on game worn jerseys, but it appears the Saints staff would take a gold paint pen and touch up the scratches on their helmets also. There are many scratches put into this helmet from opposing team's facemasks, Those marks photomatch to both of these post season games, indicating this helmet may have been worn for several games before those final two games of the season.
