A new limited edition release from the U.S. Mint at West Point. We now have these in stock and ready to ship. You will receive this 2019-W proof cent in its original cellophane packaging from the mint with official decorative envelope. The picture above is a representation. Please message us if you have any questions. Note: As mentioned in Coin World, there were significant die issues with this release. The vast majority of these proofs have spots. It is speculated that this may be due to incorrect die polishing or incorrect die installation.
