This 1924 Eureka Sport 24 French pedal car is in very good mostly original condition. These are very rare pedal cars. This car has a unique drive train assembly, that has two opposing gears that lock together to pedal the car. When you pull the brake level back to engage the drum / band brake, the ratchet gears on the drive axle pull apart to make the pedal car free driving. The front and rear wheel assemblies have spring type suspensions. The hood comes off the pedal car to gain access to the battery box. The front grille, radiator and battery assembly and headlights are new handcrafted parts. The seat still has its original padding and cover. The drive pedal assembly on this pedal car is mostly intact. It has two replacement gears on the ratchet gear assembly. The teeth have not been cut into the aluminum, as to not damage the 2 original opposing gears. The old pot metal axle supports and the steering wheel hub support have been replaced with aluminum brackets. Please look at the pictures to help with the description. Ask your questions please.
