1974 RARE CANADIAN OVERSTREET COMIC BOOK PRICE GUIDE #4 VF/NM SHRINKWRAP! JSA!!! - $300 - (Jackson, MS)

This is a still shrink wrapped, white page, never cracked CANADIAN OVERSTREET COMIC BOOK PRICE GUIDE #4 from 1974. The only flaws keeping this beauty from the Gem Mint category are a very light blue mark on the back cover that can possibly be erased, a couple of discolored spots on the spine where the shrinkwrap didnt cover it all, and the white area on the front cover is just a quarter shade off blinding white, which you can't tell from the photo. The book is thinner than US variants, and the back cover is blank. Bob explained to me the reason for this was because there were no ads, either in the interior or on the back, because Canadian and US dollars values weren't equal, rendering the ads invalid.
