From the 2012 McDonald's SpongeBob Sports Toys Happy Meal, this is basketball SpongeBob. It does not have any of its original packaging. Please also note that this figure was originally bundled with a plastic basketball, which also is not included here. The figure is free from cracks and stains, and has no significant loss of paint. The arms still move as intended. It does show some minor wear from being handled.
