There are 5 roundish spots on the floor where I believe additional figures should be. Two of the figures, the wolf dog and shepherd have come unglued and are loose. The figurines are some sort of plaster or ceramic. There is a split in the roof and the roof line is missing some moss. There is moss missing from the floor next to the ladder. This creche is EXTREMELY rare - a great find in any condition.
