Here a Kodak safelight model D that came complete with a 25W bulb and three 10x12" filters #0C, #1A and #10 that can cover every need for photographic materials in the darkroom. The safelight come with chains and can be supended with face up the ceiling (indirect light) or face down (direct light). The safelight is in good condition and the filters are not new but no scratch that can make the safelight filter unsafe. 0C filter have a small glass chip in the corner, a black tape was affix over.
