Vintage Ron Lee Clown Onyx Base 1999 - $14 - (Lathrop, CA)

Appears to be in very good condition. There are no chips or cracks. Please see photos and feel free to ask questions. Stands about 5.75" tall (including base). Base is about 2 1/2"at widest point.
