6½x8½" Full Plate Large Format View or Field Camera Spring Back - 10x10 inch This full plate spring back is in good condition. The maker of the back is unknown. The springs are strong and everything functions as it should. The ground glass is not present. The spring back opens wide to over a full inch allowing this to easily accommodate even thick film pack and roll film holders. The back accepts 7 3/4 or 7 13/16 inch wide full plate film and plate holders. This back will fit selected full plate large format monorail or field cameras. This can also be adapted to fit a variety of other view, field and press cameras. The back will accept 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 in ground glass. The outside dimensions are 10 x 10 inches. The light stop is 9 3/8 inches square and about 3/16 of an inch deep. The pins are 9 1/16 inches apart, center, to center. There are no brand markings on the back.
