Fine pair of flower-encrusted Dresden Porcelain lidded urns with bird finials. Each vase and stand marked Dresden to the underside in underglaze blue. The stands have also impressed numbers. The urns have amazing details. Each urn is decorated with small blue blossoms, and larger orange and purple flowers. Birds perched on tree limbs are peeking out from each side of the urn. Each urn is made of three parts: vase, matching porcelain stand, and lid with bird finial. One urn is a lighter shade of blue than the other one. Condition: a few small losses to flower petals, and a professional repair to one bird ( leg area), light wear, gilt loss to rims .please preview pictures for more details.
