Beautiful Antique Sterling Silver American Legion Medal in Original Case Beautiful antique American Legion sterling silver medal in its original case. It looks like it is a World War II period medal. The blue case is marked on the front THE AMERICAN LEGION NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS INDIANAPOLIS. The back of the medal is marked HJ STERLING. It is a beautiful medal in excellent condition.
