3 New Years noise makers. One Clowns (rattler), one Party Goers (rattler) and one Man w/Balloons (clicker). Noise makers have MINOR wear on bottoms and VERY MINIMAL wear on the tops. All are in VERY GOOD condition. The Man w/Balloons has a scratch to the right cheek approximately 3/8" long.
