The award comes with original official ribbon and original official brooch, and is in Extremely Fine condition. The United States Philippine Congressional Medal was established on June 29, 1906, for Army personnel who met the following three conditions: entered the Army between April 21 and October 26, 1898; were ashore in the Philippine Islands between February 4, 1899, and July 4, 1902; and served beyond the date they were eligible for discharge. Digital photos were taken in artificial light, and do not always show colors properly.
