Program Manager - N.A. - (Lakeside, CA)

Responsibilities: Care for essential needs of the clients, including meals, recreation, medical, and supervision Implement and assist in designing skill programs Activity planning including social events and community outings Assist in general upkeep for the home Assist in meal preparation Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older Must have proof of High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Must be able to pass all pre-employment assessments, pre-employment physical, pre-employment drug test, Live Scan, and background review Work Experience with adults or children with developmental disabilities is preferred Supervisory experience is preferred Schedule: Schedule: 12:30PM-8:30PM Monday-Friday & Every Other Wednesday 11:00AM-8:30PM Positions available in Lakeside Ca Range: $11.50-$13.50 per hour and varies depending on education and experience Benefits: Incentive/Performance pay bonuses We also provide paid training to acquire Class B Commercial Driver’s License
