Hi, I have a great sized, clean, furnished room for month to month rent available in my bi-level home in the Northeast side of Colorado Springs. Can change lease to long term if needed. I am a single mom looking for a female to share my 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with my daughter and I. Monthly rent is $600.00 plus 1/3 of utilities. There are plenty of spaces to enjoy- living room, dining room, den and 2 wood burning fireplaces. You will have access to all of the common spaces, including the kitchen, laundry room, garage and a parking spot. The room for rent is located on the upper level and the bathroom would be shared by guests only. If you enjoy the outdoors, you'll love the large backyard filled with mature trees, park-like setting, two- tiered deck, outdoor patio dining area, fire pit and grill. This is a smoke, drug and alcohol free home and NOT 420 friendly. I already have one cat in my home so, I'm sorry but I don't want anymore animals. Move in requirement include first month rent and $600security.
