Enjoy a taste of 4 regional Champagnes with fruit and cheese pairings for each as renown Sommelier Brian Fry guides you through the exquisite and informative hour of enjoyment and education. Grower champagnes are smaller production, often family-owned operations that dot the map of the Champagne region. They have been producing wonderful Champagnes for centuries, but they have become popular recently in the USA as more cases have been shipped to America for us to enjoy. Guests will receive detailed info on what it means to be a "Gower Champagne" along with insight and specifics on each individual grower. All of the champagnes will be available a state min retail price at the seminar. We encourage everyone to stay for dinner after that event to enjoy some special entrees paired with the Champagnes.
