Clean room with access to house , two bedroom 1 bath. I am a 60 year old man and work full time, would like to have female to share home as they are cleaner and easyer to get along with. Washer and drier. Fenced back yard. May have small dog. No more than 15 pounds. Small deposit and first weeks rent in advance. Must have own transportation and have steady income. References that can be varified. No drugs.. This is a peaceful home and I would like to have someone that needs help paying their bills like I do,
