FENDER USA made Stratocaster Vintage 1980, Sunburst, Tobacco - $2,495 - (Cheney, WA)

This guitar was my uncle’s and is in very good condition. It’s highly likely he was the only owner but it cannot be guaranteed. Finish in very good condition: this guitar was likely played very little as no wear marks exist from playing. All parts appear to be original. While the serial number and a few other details indicate a likelihood of 1978/79/80, the pickup “gray bottom” bobbins are stamped with codes indicating 1980. Furthermore, the pot codes are on the bottoms, partially obscured under soldering (codes moved to bottoms in 1978). Original hard case, near perfect on one side, some dents on opposite side.
