Outside Sales Representative - N.A. - (Grand Rapids, MI)
SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is currently seeking 3 Outside Sales Representatives for our environmental services client in Peoria, Illinois, Des Moines, Iowa, and Omaha, Nebraska. This person will be responsible for calling on primarily small and medium-sized commercial accounts in a field-based position to generate new sales, developing and implementing sound selling strategies to new prospects, and achieving budgeted sales goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate to and work with the Outside Sales Manager to resolve unique customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Effectively manage prospects by developing sound marketing plans and maintaining key information in the prospect database. Meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales. Effectively communicate pricing and service strategies to customers. Effectively use sales productivity software tools (i.e. Prospect and Customer Database, Proposal Program, Pricing Tools, etc.). Prepare complex proposals and make recommendations on equipment optimization and leasing options. Propose customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree, or High School Diploma/GED (accredited) and 4-years sales experience required. 1 year of work experience (in addition to education requirement), in direct sales, cold calling, and phone based prospecting resulting in successfully obtaining customer appointments required.
