After falling on hard times, she missed a Percentage of Income Payment Plan Plus (PIPP) Payment. PIPP Drop the account and now the balance  due is $1920.67. I have been unable to Help a lot due to i have a lot of my own bill i can not pay. She will have to leave the home if the power is shut off. All other avenues have failed so this is my last hope. Anything you can do will be greatly appreciated. Sharing this on your page will also be much appreciated/
