I have a home is the Simpsonville area, it is a pivate house 3 bedroom 2 bath, The house is fully furnished and it great condition. it is in a private and safe community. The house is on a dead end street which means no through traffic. It is also near all shopping, located just off fairview Rd. You will have use of all amenities, Washer Dryer Micro it has a backyard that faces farmland so it is great for peace and quiet. The room has a nice closet and fully furnished, you will share the bathroom with another women that I rented to a very nice lady. You do have to be dog frendly there is a dog in the home. the rent will include all utilites it is internet friendly, but you will have to pay for a T.V. connection if you want cable.
