I have a charming home is South Carolina, Simpsonville area, which will come available in November 1, 2016. This house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished home. This is located in a private community with security. I am looking for a professional person with honesty and references. I am looking for someone who needs a long term lease, The home has all amenities from Washer dryer micro, dishwasher and backyard that faces farmland great to relax in peace. You will have to be pet friendly for there are dogs on premises, friendly and loves pets. I am close to all shopping and I-385 is near so easy access. The house is at a dead end street so no traffic, Privacy will be respected, there is a lady that I rented to and I am looking to rent out the other room. The room has a nice size closet, and you will have to share a bathroom but it is a full size.
