Join Yoga for Neuro Health for it's 1st Rebel Flow Yoga Event at Foundry Public House on January 15, 2017 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Make sure to get your tickets in advance to secure your spot, space is limited. Unroll your mat for this fun yet challenging hour-long yoga class where we will flow as well as challenge the core. After class enjoy a complimentary mimosa! Get a group of friends together or come alone, enjoy a nice class and then stay for brunch after if you choose. This is a chance to enjoy some time on your mat and socialize after in a unique setting. Class is led by Erica Gilbert, founder of Yoga for Neuro Health and Registered Yoga Teacher. Cost for this event is $20 + processing fee. Please note that no refunds will be issued within 72 hours of this event and you must be 21 to enjoy the mimosa. Participant should bring his/her own yoga mat to this event.
