Lyra is a handmade, one-of-a-kind fan art pony based on a character from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. She is made from Minky fabric, from an original pattern that I designed, and she stands about 17-18 inches tall to the top of her horn and mane.Lyra's eyes and cutie mark are machine embroidered directly onto the fabric, and her mouth and nose are hand-sewn with embroidery floss. She is stuffed with polyester fiberfill, and there is armature wire in her body to allow limited positioning of her legs. Because of this, and because there is hand-sewing in many of her finishing touches, she is not intended for children or rough handling.Surface clean with damp cloth. I sign my ponies with a maker's mark sewn on the underside of one hoof. It's very unobtrusive and cannot be seen when the pony is standing.Lyra comes from a smoke-free home.
