Antique Wood Ship's Wheel, Brass Porthole Analog Wall Clock Quartz 24.5" - $160 - (Atlanta, GA)
A large analog quartz movement wall clock in the shape of a Ship's Wheel with six spokes. A the center of the hub of this ship's wheel is a solid thick brass porthole with working latches. By releasing the latches the porthole swings open allowing access to set the time or change the battery. One singe AA battery powers the clock which is working well keeping accurate time. The face of the clock is under glass. It features hour minute and second hands and a twelve hour display. The clock face reads Bon Voyage Made in the USA and dates to about the 1960s. The hardwood of the wheel appears to be solid maple and is in good vintage condition. This clock is fabricated out of hefty solid materials wood and brass, made in the USA and is a large (24.5 inch diameter), attractive timepiece with a nautical theme. See photos for details.
