Civil Engineer EIT, Municipal, Utilities, Storm Water - Wheeling, WV - JOB 16-03001 Salary Range: $50K -$60K Permanent Position with Benefits.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. A full service architectural & engineering consulting firm is seeking to add a Civil Engineer EIT that will play a specific role in the municipal department doing underground utilities, storm water, drainage, and site development work. REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Scheduled to take an EIT exam or already tested and obtained an EIT License with a desire to work towards and obtain a PE license in the future. 0 – 3 years' experience in underground utilities, storm water, drainage, and site development work. Other experience desired; portable water, wastewater, and hydraulics. AutoCAD Duties will include; ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, preparing preliminary plans, designing, calculations, cost estimates and feasibility studies, coordinating drafting work, and supporting staff. This person must possess strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
