Join Zak Endicott and Lara Ederer for a winter yoga retreat at the beautiful Suncadia Resort! This retreat is perfect for the yogi who wants to escape the city for a few days or for the 1 who wants to practice and bring their family along to enjoy the resort's many amenities. Included in the retreat are two - 90 minute candlelight vinyasa practices as well as two - 90 minute fireside strong flow classes, meditation, yoga nidra, and intention setting. During free time the activites to choose from vary from snow shoeing, cross country skiing, outdoor ice skating, spa services, visits to the winery, or sledding. Also included in the price of the retreat is an intimate dinner prepared especially for our attendees.
