As a child Daniel was always creating art, whether drawing, writing poetry and short stories, playing music or making sculptures with his mothers aluminum foil. Daniel began painting at age 22, working primarily in Oils and Watercolors. "My work doesn't always reflect any specific meaning or feeling, if I see something that peaks my interest then I set out to capture its beauty". "I am most inspired during the Autumn and Winter months. When the weather is cold, the trees are bare, and the nights are longer...this is my favorite time of the year.
