Walk in refrigerator 12' by 40' - $15,000 - (Clive, IA)

Large walk in cooler / refrigerator, with 2 doors no floor, in excellent condition. Only set up once. Moving and have outgrown it will sell for $10,000 if you take it out yourself and do so by 12/31/16. After that date it will be disassembled and stored. This unit works perfectly and is running and holding 35 degrees as I write this. I will offer a 30 day warranty on the compressor if set up by licensed HVAC professionals. We do have a forklift on site to help load.I will discount it for a qualified non profit.
