Neat 4.0 Scanner - $100 - (Elliottsburg, PA)

This scanner was only used a few times has the box and all that came with it along the coding on the USB cable is a little black at the one spot. But it all still works good look at the pics for a picture. I bought it and rarely used it works good any questions let me know and I will answer to the best of my knowledge.
