The ruche down the sides and back give this a slenderizing effect. The black skirt has just the right flare. It was imported from Vietnam. The bodice is 89% Nylon, 9% Metallic and 5% Spandex. The skirt is 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. The lining is 100% Polyester. The bust is 52 inches and the waist is 46 inches. Remember this dress stretches or holds in by the ruche sides.
