Absolutely fabulous. A total change from the classic turquoise Squash Blossom necklace. The only one we have ever seen made from garnets. Even with matching earrings. Length of necklace is approximately 25 inches plus the naja. There are 12 bear paws, each done in the overlay style with a 0.3x0.25 garnet set in the “paw”. All is held together by two strands of beads made in the repeated pattern of 4 faceted garnets separated by a silver bead. The clasp is the traditional hook and eye. Total weight of the necklace is 148.3 grams or 5.24 ounces; earrings are 5.4 grams; total drop is 2.2 inches. Penny is for size reference.
