I thought this was so cute and couldn’t resist getting it. It would be great for travel since the case is sturdy and won’t easily crush, but I ended up never using it. There is a mirror inside the lid with a satin drawstring compartment. The outer case zips closed (obvious from the pictures, eh? ;-) ). It measures about 3.5" in diameter and is about 2" tall.
