HANDMADE CROCHETEDGRANNY SQUARE AFGHAN54"x100" This handmade afghan is in great condition. It has no holes or snags that I can see. There are no stains. There could possibly be inconsistencies in the crochet stitches, which sometimes occur in hand produced items. That is what makes each one unique.The 8" Granny Squares have been crocheted individually by hand. The square centers are a variegated cream , yellow, orange, inset on solid brown. The squares are connected and framed by a two tone green.The outer edge is finished off with a crocheted band in the same greens. This is a pre-owned item, but is still in very nice condition. I don't see any snags or pulled threads. The surface texture is still smooth, not 'frizzed' as sometimes happens with yarn that has been washed previously.This would work well as a throw for the back of the couch .
