There are a couple of small indentations on the white frame that occurred during shipping. This very minor damage would be easily touched up with a little bit of putty and white paint. I would describe the damage as two small bruises or indentations on the white frame. They are hardly even noticeable without a close inspection of the item. The product is still brand new in the box. It is being sold as-is at a discount. The crib weighs 84lbs and is still in the original packaging. I am offering this crib as pick up only in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, because I am not able to re-crate or ship this item, and want to allow the buyer to inspect the goods.
