Black leather Steve Madden boots that are wool insulated.  These boots say they are a size 9.5 BUT actually fit a size 9.   I purchased them for my daughter right here on eBay and because of the insulated wool they are too tight.   So I want to make sure you know they say 9.5 but fit as a 8.5 to a 9.     Please ask if you have any questions at all.   NO RETURNS.   NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and no shipping to Alaska.
