New old stock embossed velvet fabric light to med weight high quality - $19 - (Los Lunas, NM)

This fabric was purchased in the late 80's or 1990 by a designer I was working for as a patternmaker. He paid about $30 per yard for it back then as I remember. It is high quality with a lovely hand and wonderful drape that would work well for evening dresses, coats or maybe even upholstery, even though this is not upholstery fabric. The fabric has a lovely embossed pattern on it through out. The back is what you would find on woven velvet. It is not stretch and it is not flimsy. It is very elegant and classy and rich looking. The color is jet black and it is in like new condition with no odors. This is a rare find. It is on the original hook roll fabric holder and I can see by the fact that one hook is empty there is about 24 yards instead of the original 25. I think I have about 25 yards but won't know until I unroll it, so please let me know first if you want to buy the complete roll. The $23 price is per yard. It is 45" wide
