Andrei Markov Game Worn Used Jersey Montreal Canadiens 56 MeiGray Russia - $725 - (Simcoe, ON)

A game worn/used Andrei Markov jersey from the 2006/07 season. Brand is Reebok, Size is 56. Markov is probably the best defenceman the team has had since Chris Chelios, and 2006/07 was one of his best years. The jersey is from 2006/07 and is air knit, the only year the Canadiens did this with their regular jerseys. The Canadiens used ultrafil until the end of 2005/06 and then switched to the Edge system in 2007/08. This is from the third set. As with most Montreal jerseys of this era, wear is minor some board burns, some bad stitching, but a really nice mark on the tail of the "9" on the back and on the lower stripe, as well as a nice mark on the crest. Provenance is found in a team issued LoA and a MeiGray registry number (D00615). Possible photomatch to mark on the tail of the 9 from attached photo. Given the cost of the jersey, insurance is necessary. Note that all duties are responsibility of the buyer. Shipping is $20 within Canada, $30 to the USA, and $40 to Europe.
