1880s UNWASHED LOG CABIN QUILT LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA WITH PROVENANCE - $875 - (Greenfield, IN)

This listing is for an 1880s Lancaster County, Pennsylvania quilt that is unwashed with provenance. The quilt came from a large New York City bank that had multiple quilts decorating their hallways. Was originally framed in Plexiglas. Acquired by the bank as shown on the note attached to the quilt from Corporate Art Directions, Inc. in New York City. The maker is unknown. Quilted by hand at 7-8 stitches per inch. The back is grey and black calico. There are storage stains in the fold lines. The quilt is otherwise in great condition.
