Old Replogle tabletop globe, lighted, glass with faux wood book base, 1939, - $549 - (Custer, WI)

WOW...this is an awesome, very scarce item, especially in this condition. This table top globe is all original. It has a glass lighted (electric) globe that measures approximately 12 inches round..It sits on a faux composite base that houses the Replogle World Atlas hardcover book. The globe is glass and each part of the globe is a section of 'paper' that has been ever so delicately sealed onto the glass....the hardcover book is all about geography with pictures of maps from that time period, 200 pages....also included is a (not pictured) Globe Manual, paperback, 56 pages, that is just jam packed full of information on facts of the globe.
