Antique Vol.1-12 Gallery of Players from The Illustrated American 1894-97. This collection of 4 hard bound book are in great condition with some yellowing from age, wear on the corners as seen in the photos. There are a few pencil marks through out the books. There might be a small torn page ( I did not find one but just in case it happens), no creases and all the pages are intact and the spines are intact. The hard cover book with gold print come in a set of 4 with Vol. 1 having No. 1, 2 & 3. Vol. 2 has No. 4, 5, and 6. Vol. 3 has No. 7, 8 and 9. Vol. 4 has No. 10, 11 and 12. There are many different editors for the various editions. Gallery of Players Vol.1, 2, 3. There are different editors, publishers and dates for the 12 volumes. I will list some as I go through the books. This first book has amazing photographs by Falk, New York page 35 and Sarony of New York page 14 No. 3. There are also advertisements in the books for many company's as Roger's & Bro's, A.L., advertising the Flemish flatware. in other books are ads for Steinway Piano Grand & Upright Pianos. Ed Pinaud's Roman Salts The New Fancy-Colored Smelling Salt. Gorham Manufacturing Comp. and the Monarch Bicycles. Book 2 No. 4, 5 & 6.
