This is a jacket or cardigan with matching skirt. 50% cotton, 50% polyester knit, long sleeves, long skirt. The jacket has no buttons or snaps, it is open. It does have shoulder pads, attached with Velcro strips which detach easily. (The shoulder pads didn't sit well on the hanger, which is why the bottom doesn't seem to hang correctly.) Large welted slit pockets on each front side. Length from the back of the neck to the bottom is approx. 32.5"; width across the back at the underarms is approx. 22". Sleeve length from the underarm is approx. 21". Length of the elastic-waist skirt is approx. 38"; waist measures approx. 28". Bottom of the skirt measures approx. 44" around.
